IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE AGREEMENTS, CLICK ON "I DISAGREE" BELOW.
THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT MAY NOT BE MODIFIED BY CONTRACT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH MODIFICATION IS SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
1. All brand names, mobile phone names eg, Nokia, Blackberry, Sony etc. are linked to there respective brands owners, and we are in no connection connected with them, in any case or what so ever. Names only been used as educational purpose only.
2. All services mentioned on web site are based on speculation, however in any case or what so ever, delay happens our would not be held liable.
3. We don't guarantee that 100% your phone get unlocked using our service, as some times if phone is been tried before and its counter get locked, our provided code will not work and we don't offer refunds as suppliers been paid accordingly, so please make sure before you buy our services.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
You consent to use an electronic agreement to govern your use of the agreement. You expressly consent to receiving all notices hereunder in electronic form, provided however this consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The parties expressly agree that all performance under this agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be conducted in the English language. If a translation of this Agreement into any other language is required by law, the English version will prevail to the extent that there is any conflict or discrepancy in meaning between the English version and any translation thereof we should not held liable in any case whatsoever.
All third party services offered for use with the our are provided to you through your third party service provider(s) and shall be subject to your agreement with such third party service provider(s). EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION, WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH YOU, FOR ANY ISSUE RELATING TO THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES, LINKED SITES, OTHER SITES OR THIRD PARTY INFORMATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR THE CONTINUED INTEROPERABILITY OF THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES.
Any dealings with third parties conducted through us, the third party services, linked sites or other sites, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the third party. We shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings. If you disagree in any content, you should leave the site immediately.

All trade names, logos and product images by wireless carriers and manufacturers are only used for reference to describe the compatibility to our products or services. No services or products on our site are connected to, endorsed by or produced by any trade name or mark holder that may be mentioned.
4. LEGAL PRACTICE
4.1. LEGALITY OF MOBILE UNLOCKING
We are only doing legal official unlocking, which not voiding the phone warranty. We are not responsible for any kind of warranty voids.
In any case it is the customer’s obligation to ensure that mobile unlocking is legal in their country. By placing an order on B2BUNLOCK.COM, customers accept full responsibility for complying with all local, national, and international laws in their country.
4.2. EXCLUSIONS OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
B2BUNLOCK.COM will not participate in any illegal activities such as altering an IMEI, PIN#, ESN# or anything else related. No informations or support will be provided on these activities. If a phone has been reported as being lost, blacklisted or stolen B2BUNLOCK.COM will not do that kind of service for reported device.
We only doing unlocking of phone simlock to make phone work with different sim cards.
If you submitted a blocked IMEI to one of our service, it means that you want and agree to do official legal simlock unlocking only without removing the block which the company applied to that phone.
4.3. DELIVERY POLICY
I Form of delivery
All unlock codes, factory unlocks and software unlocking solutions are being delivered by e-mail and can be accessed on our order history page at any time after the order is completed.
II Delivery timeframe
The estimated delivery timeframe depends on the specific requested model/carrier service and is outlined on every product page. The timeframes outlined are estimations based on the average across all carriers available for this specific model, so there is no guarantee the actual delivery time always matches the estimated time outlined on the product page. In case the unlock processing time exceeds the outlined timeframe significantly, the customer will be notified. To get more informations about the actual processing time ofr a specific model/carrier combination, the customer is welcome to enquire about it to our support team.
III Cancellation policy
Order in process can not be canceled on customer request at any time, but it is up to supplier or server administrator to see if the customer request can be processed for order to be canceled.
Customer have right to ask for refund if his job is not done.
5. REFUND POLICY
I Money back
Money back is only possible if user never used credits for other services listed on our site.
II Incorrect order submissions
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure their order details are correct when submitting their order. If the provided IMEI, S/N, PID, carrier or phone model is incorrect and the order is in processing or completed, the order cannot be refunded as human errors on the customer side are completely out of our control. Incorrect placed submissions for factory unlock orders are not refundable even with video proof.
III Hard-locked and Previously unlocked phones
If the customers cell phone is hard-locked or was previously unlocked with or without the customer's knowledge, no refund will be granted.
Kindly check if you can 100% complete the unlocking procedure after unlocking the phone or deliverying unlocking codes before submiting your IMEI.
Example: SSN LOCKED PHONES, HARD LOCKED PHONES, ICLOUD LOCKED - no refund will be provided in any case.
IV Modified Firmware & Jailbreaking
No refunds are granted if the provided unlock code, factory unlock or software unlock solution is not working properly or cannot be applied to the phone due to previous jailbreaking or other modifications to the firmware of the phone. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to restore the factory default settings in order to proceed with the unlock.
