Mobile Phone Unlocking is simply the removal of any network or carrier restrictions on your phone, allowing it to be used with any sim card, from any network, worldwide. This allows you to use cheaper cellphone services in your country and when you travel abroad. The only way you can unlock a phone is by inputting that phone's "SIM Unlock Code". Usually, manufacturers don't provide the unlock code for phone unless you pay a HUGE FEE($100+), but a couple companies like us have special access to the  Sim unlock codes. The codes we provide are 100% legal. Unlocking your phone also drastically increases its resale value and it is completely reversible (though there will never be a reason to re-lock your phone).

Can't I just unlock my phone for free?

Believe it or not, the answer is yes AND no. Yes, you can find many code unlock websites that have free "unlock" tools. However, NONE of these will help you figure out how to unlock your phone for free. Unfortunately, we get alot of customers who have previously tried free phone unlock methods such as fake unlock code generator software that is actually just a virus. There are also websites that claim to unlock for free, but it turns out you need to first buy some of their advertisers offers. If you're around long enough like us, you come to undersand that there is simply no free phone unlock!

What if my unlock code is unavailable?

If we are unable to find your unlock code then you get a 100% refund.

Is there a way to know if my phone is locked or not?

The simplest way to check if your phone is locked is to insert a SIM card from another carrier network and see if the phone will make a call. If the SIM card in your phone is locked, you will often see messages like "SIM not valid", "Phone Restricted", "SIM not accepted" "Invalid Network SIM", and your phone will ask you for an unlock code. If your phone was previously under contract then you need our phone unlocking codes in order to use a different cellphone service provider.

Is there any private information needed to unlock it?

Our unlocking process is a quick and easy solution. All you need to do tell us is your  phone IMEI number and within minutes(sometimes instantly) we email you the factory unlock code for your specific phone.

How do I find the IMEI number of my phone?

The IMEI number is the International Mobile Equipment Identifier. This is a 15 to 17 digit number that uniquely identifies your  phone.

To find your IMEI number, simply enter *#06# (star hash zero six hash) into your  phone's key pad and then a 15 to 17 digit number will be displayed on the screen. If your IMEI is 17 digits, then you can disregard the last 2 digits when giving us your IMEI number. You can also find your phones IMEI number on a label on the back of your phone, underneath the battery. The unlock code will be generated from the IMEI number so it is very important you provide us with the correct IMEI number after you order. If we do not have the correct IMEI number then we cannot provide you the correct unlock code.

How is the unlock code delivered?

Once we generate your unlock code, you are notified immediately by email.

How long until I receive the unlock code for my phone?

Delivery time varies from instant up to 7 days.

Are any risks involved with phone unlocking?

There are absolutely no risks to unlocking your  phone. Unlike the unlocking of other phones, using an unlock code to unlock your cell phone is as safe as it gets. The unlock code that we provide you with is straight from phone so you know that it is genuine.

How can I pay for my phone unlock?

We accept all kind of payments, including; Bitcoin, Wire Transfer, PayPal, Skrill etc.
